We will refund the purchase price as soon as the returned goods have arrived or we have received appropriate proof of return.

Items purchased as a 10-pack can only be returned as a complete 10-pack.

The goods must be carefully packed, complete, and in perfect condition when returned. Used or processed plates cannot be accepted back.

Please note that for 2nd Chance and Black Week products, characteristics or defects already indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute a reason for complaint.

Please include a note with the following information in your return:

– Customer name
– Order number
– Returned items
– Quantity of each item

If the goods were delivered damaged or defective, please contact us before returning them. Together we will find a suitable solution.
